3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs
